#LawJournalStrike: Why Our Work Isn’t Finished

Last summer, law students at NYU led the effort to reform journal practices, pushing for more equitable processes and a more equitable legal profession. The #LawJournalStrike kicked off a long-overdue conversation about the racially discriminatory gatekeeping role that journals play in the field, and forced academics, lawyers, and students to think about what change might look like. Join us to discuss the lessons the strikers learned, and to hear from those who are continuing the work today.
